How Could You? Hall of Shame -David Richard "Ricky" Faulkner UPDATED
This will be an archive of heinous actions by those involved in child welfare, foster care and adoption. We forewarn you that these are deeply disturbing stories that may involve sex abuse, murder, kidnapping and other horrendous actions.
From Poplarville, Mississippi, foster parent David Richard “Ricky” Faulkner, 47, was convicted of two counts of sexual battery, three counts of child molestation and two counts of directing a juvenile to conduct a felony–all seven counts that he was indicted on from the 2007 investigation. One male victim was 12 years old and the other male victim was 13 years old at the time. The crimes were committed in 2006 and 2007.
The Picayune Item reports that “The indictment states the directing a juvenile to commit a felony charges stemmed from Faulkner directing two male juveniles to touch each other in inappropriate manners.
The other counts listed in the indictment allude to Faulkner conducting inappropriate sexual actions with the same two male juveniles.”
