Larry Jenkins has bragging rights to have never lost an adoption case,, that is a case where a child is taken away from it's biological parents, aka FATHER, who is residing in a different state than UTAH. See in Utah, they have utter disregard for other State's in the Union LAWS. They just make up some legal(illegal) jargon, and call it Utah Adoption Law.
Theocracy at it's best.
This is Rally. I think you have explained it well with the word "theocracy." While there is a debate on whether reform should be at the state or federal level, I think these kind of cases scream for federal intervention and federal oversight.
