Hague-Denied Agencies, Approvals and Re-Approvals
The Hague-Denied listing can be found here. Several agencies were denied in 2008.
Two agencies have been denied since that initial approval period. In April 2010, A Act of Love of Sandy, Utah was denied. Sound familiar? They are the agency embroiled in a lawsuit over a domestic father’s rights case. See our coverage here . The other agency was denied in July 2011. That agency is Adoption Choice of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pasted at the end of this post is the condensed chart with additions of whether the agency has been Hague-denied in the past and the agency’s original approval period, if they are renewing.
Three agencies on this list have been previously denied: Adoption Choice (while still on this list was denied a few months ago); Angels Haven Outreach; Celebrate Children International.
One agency has been the focus of a recent DOS alert/COA action: Saint Mary International Adoption.
