How Could You? Hall of Shame-Justin Bailey UPDATED

From Wellington, Kentucky, foster parent Justin Bailey, 29, was arrested and charged with criminal abuse, 1st degree for abusing his 6-year-old foster son.

“State police arrested 29-year old Justin Bailey of Wellington after a six-year-old was brought into a hospital ER with severe bruising to his back, abdomen, and earlobes.

The child told investigators Bailey grabbed him and stepped on his stomach.

Bailey is charged with criminal abuse.”

“Kentucky State Police in Morehead said in a news release that the boy was taken to St. Joseph East Hospital in Mount Sterling Tuesday morning with “severe bruising on his abdomen, back and earlobes.”

After talking with the boy, officers spoke to Justin Bailey, 29, of Highway 1569 in Wellington, Ky.
Police said Bailey “admitted to disciplining the child” and that his statements led to his arrest.

Bailey remained in the Woodford County Detention Center in Versailles Wednesday on a $10,000 full cash bond. ”
