How Could You? Hall of Shame-Jasmine Boyd

From Winston-Salem, North Carolina, 38-year-old foster mother Jasmine Boyd is charged with six counts of sexual activity by a substitute parent. These Class E felony charges are for sexually abusing a foster child under her care.

Journal Now reports “Winston-Salem police detectives got a report Nov. 11 that Boyd, a foster parent, had been having a sexual relationship with a child under her care for the past two months.

Detectives interviewed Boyd today at the police department. After the interview, she was taken into custody, according to the news release. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 6, 2012.

Examiner says the court appearance will be at the Forsyth District Court. Bond has been set at $150,000.
