September 28, 2012 Hague Substantiated Complaint and Adverse Action Report

Hat tip to a commenter for sending this link on in a comment last week. This 218-page pdf is an alphabetical listing. Their list is probably most useful for PAPs considering an adoption agency. Sadly to the dismay of complainants, COA continues to re-approve agencies that make this list, so at this time, we don’t see their office’s investigations resulting in meaningful actions. COA also can decide to not even investigate a complaint sent in. Those non-investigations are not on this list.
