The Department of State and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invite interested parties to participate in a conference call concerning proposed legislation in the Russian Parliament which includes a ban on the     adoption of Russian children by U.S. families. The conference call will take place on Friday, December 21, 2012, from 2:00- 3:00 pm EST.
