Russia to Sign Adoption Agreement with Spain

They also plan on forming agreements with United Kingdom and Israel. That is in addition to agreement negotiations that are already underway with Ireland, Cyprus, Slovenia, New Zealand and Malta.

Currently, Russia has agreements with France and Italy.

“One of the important conditions of such agreements is the preservation of Russian citizenship for Russian children after their adoption.
