From Vanndale, Arkansas, “the Department of Human Services is investigating a children’s home in Cross County for allegations of child abuse.

Right now, more than 20 kids at the Bridge of Hope Children’s home in Vanndale have been removed until further notice.

State Police began investigating and then several weeks later, DHS officers showed up at the home.

According to the owner and director of the home, a DHS official said they would conduct an investigation for 30 days, but they acted on it much sooner because they received a second allegation.

DHS has confirmed that they are no longer using the facility for the placement of children.”
