How Could You? Hall of Shame-Gabriel Reyes-Villa Updated

From Burley, Idaho, “Gabriel Reyes-Villa has been charged with multiple felony rapes of an 11-year-old girl.

Reyes-Villa, 48, of Burley, is charged with four counts each of felony rape and of felony lewd conduct with a child under age 16.

The child was in foster care and told officials that Reyes-Villa had raped her a couple of times a week from June 1 to Aug. 25, documents say.

She said Reyes-Villa would “take her away from everyone else, and it happened.” At first, she said, she told him to stop. But that made him angry, so she quit “telling him to stop.”

The girl, who may be pregnant, said Reyes-Villa told her he would give her money and buy her a car but never did. He reportedly gave her eight dolls.

The sexual assault occurred in her bedroom, his bedroom, the living room and a chicken coop, court documents say.

Reyes-Villa allegedly also made her watch pornographic movies with a 9-year-old boy.

She said the boy would cover his eyes, and Reyes-Villa would tell him he “needed to get used to it.”

A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Oct. 17 in Cassia County Magistrate Court.”
