From Chester,Pennsylvania, “A judge has denied bond to a Fort Lawn foster child accused of sexually assaulting another foster child at a home in Fort Lawn last month.

Delamontray Robinson, 17, was charged with criminal sexual conduct against a child Oct. 20 after the incident involving an 8-year-old girl Oct. 16, said Julie Hall, 6th Circuit assistant solicitor. Robinson had been in jail since his arrest and appeared in court Thursday in an attempt to get bond. Circuit Court Judge Brian Gibbons denied bond.

Robinson has been in foster homes in several counties, Hall said. The allegations from the October incident involved another foster child, she said.”
