From Bismarck, North Dakota, group home worker, Ethmonia Korlu Barclay, 24, ” was charged in South Central District Court with felony corruption of a minor. If convicted, she could receive up to five years in prison and be required to register as a sex offender.”

“A Bismarck woman is accused of raping a 15-year-old boy residing at a group home, where the woman worked.”

“Bismarck Police Detective Scott Betz spoke with the victim, who described being raped by Barclay on multiple occasions and added that she had given him a cellphone with which to call her.

Betz spoke with other teen residents in the home, who also recounted several incidents where Barclay sexually abused the 15-year-old.

“I contacted Barclay about speaking to me about this case, but she declined,” Betz wrote.

A judge issued a warrant for Barclay’s arrest on Monday, but she remained out of custody as of Tuesday morning.”
