From Kissimmee, Florida, group home worker William Willingham, 51, was arrested “on accusations of sexual battery on a 15-year-old girl.

Deputies said the victim, a foster care child, was sexually battered by William Willingham at the small group home in Kissimmee, Florida.

The victim said Willingham, 51, would offer her money in exchange for sexual acts. She said she recalled waking up one night to find Willingham inappropriately touching her.

Willingham was arrested Thursday at his home in Deltona and booked into the Volusia County Jail on no bond.

Deputies said the investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending.”
