During interrogation the stepfather[foster father] told investigators that in April in a state of intoxication he killed six-year-old — stepdaughter [foster daughter]. Then the man burned the child’s body, after which together with his wife they scattered the remains in several localities. This evidence was confirmed by the grandmother and adoptive mother [foster mother] of the girl. The latter showed where were scattered the remains.
