From Stake Hill, Australia, “a 60-year-old man from Stake Hill will appear before the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Monday [September 5, 2016], charged with child sex offences.
It will be alleged between December, 2014 and May, 2015, the man sexually assaulted a six-year-old girl who was in his care at the time.
The man is no longer a foster carer but was at the time of the incidents.
He has been charged with:
- Sexual penetration of a child under 13 years; and
- Indecent dealings of a child under 13 years.
