Canadian Foster Daughter Assaults Woman

“A 14-year-old girl was arrested after she assaulted a woman in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Brandon police were called at 4:36 a.m. from a foster home in the 100 block of First Street. The foster child had assaulted a staff member, by kicking her in the abdomen. Medical attention was not required.

The youth will appear in court Nov. 11.”
