From Australia, a”man accused of raping young foster children in his mother’s care is facing dozens of additional charges, with police now interviewing four children under the age of 10 in an unfolding scandal.
The 25-year-old accused, who cannot be named for legal reasons, came to the attention of police at the weekend when his mother discovered the alleged abuse of her foster children and contacted child safety authorities.
The man was living with his mother north of Brisbane when the offending allegedly occurred.
Police have now charged the man with 10 counts of rape and 38 counts of indecently treating a child in relation to three child victims who were living at the house.”
