From Moscow, Russia, “Moscow region investigators initiated a criminal case on the fact of the death of a three-year-old foster boy who died from a brain injury in a children’s city hospital in Podolsk. According to the guardian, the baby fell in the bath. Experts have found at least six traces of blows on the baby’s head.
