From Seymour, Missouri, foster parent Bobby Joe Kastning, 65, “is accused of inappropriately touching a young girl, around the age of 10.

Bobby Joe Kastning, 65, is charged with three counts of statutory sodomy, and one count of child molestation.

The victim told investigators the abuse started about five years ago.

Authorities with the Webster County Sheriff’s Office report that Kastning also was a foster parent for years.”
