This Notice is an update to the October 21, 2020 Notice.

On November 5, 2020, the Intercountry Adoption Accreditation and Maintenance Entity (IAAME) notified Frank Adoption Center that it determined the adverse action of cancellation issued on October 20, 2020 was unwarranted.

As of November 5, 2020, Frank Adoption Center may resume providing adoption services.
