From St. Paul. Minnesota, “a foster care provider in Carlton County is accused of sexually abusing children and possessing pornographic material.

Stephan Hansen is charged with 16 felonies, including criminal sexual conduct, possession of pornographic material of a minor, and using a minor in a sexual performance. Sheriff’s deputies say the St. Paul Police Department was investigating Hansen and a search turned up all the child pornography. Officers were able to identify some of the victims and several reported being sexually abused by Hansen. None of the kids identified were in foster care.”
