From Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Emandale Whitcomb,29, died on July 30,2023.

“It took six weeks for the coroner to determine her death was a homicide, caused by someone who inflicted fatal traumatic injuries to her head and neck. That person remains unknown and possibly on the loose.”
