From Stanly County, North Carolina, foster parent Mauldene Boger “has been arrested following a child abuse investigation, according to the Stanly County Sheriff’s Office. 

Mauldene Boger has been charged with intentional child abuse-serious physical injury and assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present following an extensive investigation. 

The sheriff’s office confirms the investigation began in February 2024.

oger became a licensed foster parent on March 14, 2019, after passing a background check, according to the NC Department of Health and Human Services. 

Boger was issued a $35,000 secured bond. She is due back in court on Sept. 9.”
