How Could You? Hall of Shame-Kimberly Contos

From Paragould, Arkansas, an adoptive mother, Kimberly Contos, “is facing 14 charges after investigators say multiple children reported years of abuse.”

Arkansas, you should be ashamed of yourself!

“Kimberly Contos is charged with seven counts of second-degree domestic battering, all felonies, and seven counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, an affidavit filed in Greene County District Court indicated.

Detectives say the case began back in September, when Contos was arrested for third-degree domestic battery involving a minor and the other children were removed from the home.

During follow-up interviews, investigators say the minors disclosed ongoing abuse, and officers collected corroborating evidence.”

The News sucks! I had to find about this turd of a woman from comments on a news article!

The comments say “…she has 11 adopted children, the youngest is now 12 yrs old and the oldest will be 18 in a cpl months. She has 20 dogs and from what I understand she’s not at all “of reasonable mind” … she has no spouse, im not familiar with the standards and requirements to be State certified adoptive parent but it must be super low,  she changes the kid’s names (first as well), is given legal adoption of them all ( they were all removed from their parents BY DHS for various reasons but at least 3 were not physically abused), then she puts kid’s in contact with their “abusive” families, TO GET MONEY from them, when the parents have no money she contacts close friends and other family members who she knows has a decent income (I have the receipts) im not related to any of the kids but was close to 3 of them before the state gave them to Kimberly for adoption,  and she gets a monthly check for each child from the state that she adopts… I reported her 2 years ago but my report was met with contentious responses… I don’t make public statements unless I know first hand that it’s the truth. Arkansas needs some oversight and accountability,  DCFS POLICIES, Title 9,chapter IV, Subchapter A, Part 40, Subpart 1 (DCFS GUIDE DEFINITIONS) PAGE 6 is a good place to start if you’re interested in the State’s own laws/rules,  and how they break them all, im sure theres parents of children who have been permanently adopted out according to these rules, and for much less than how theyre treated once the State takes control. 

Don’t get me wrong im sure theres children who are in DCFS custody that need to be, but I do not believe Arkansas DCFS has any interest in these children besides the millions$ in federal funding they receive for the numbers they report each cycle… I’m sending my complaints to DCFS director Tiffany Wright, shes been a family service worker since 2009 and needs to get her 💩 together. (501) 682-8770 is DCFS main number… Governor Sanders needs a good flood of complaints as well.” [Good !🙂‍↕️]
