From Phoenix, Arizona, group home worker, Christopher Lamont James Allen, 48, “has been indicted for sexual conduct with a student at a group home that serves girls who have been victims of abuse. Allen was working as a “coach counselor” at the time.

The 17-year-old victim came forward earlier this month and told another staff member that Allen had sex with her twice back in July. That staff member reported it to the Queen Creek Police Department.

A grand jury indicted Allen on two counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class Two Felony.
He is being held on a $150,000 secured appearance bond. To be released, the defendant must typically pay 10% of the total bond amount.”
