Adopted Vietnamese International Advisory Group members will soon feature “in a newsletter (PASQ, QLD Australia) and also online article (tba) about their Vietnamese adoptee community work, and why being in contact with other adoptees can generate a healthy sense of engagement and connection for individuals adopted from Vietnam in any era, and from any country-of-origin.

March Conference

Dr Indigo Willing will be a speaker at the 4th Annual International Conference on Adoption and Culture. The Conference is March 22-25 at The Claremont Colleges in Claremont, California.

Keynotes, plenary panels, evening film screenings, and the play are free and open to the public. All events are free to affiliates of the Claremont Colleges.

Topics include surrogacy, ethics, perspectives from birthparents and adoptees, power relations in American adoptions, transnational adoptions including China and Eastern Europe, transracial adoptions, history of adoptions and more.
