From Evart, Michigan, Former Foster Parent Francis Brent Mallon,49, “is facing multiple sex charges for allegedly assaulting a child once in his care, state police said Friday, Dec. 27.”

“Francis Brent Mallon, 49, of Loudon, Tenn., allegedly sexually assaulted the child in Mallon’s former home in Evart.

Osceola County prosecutors this week filed four charges of first-degree criminal-sexual conduct against Mallo [sic]. He has been held in the Osceola County Jail on similar, unrelated charges resulting from an investigation by the Sheriff’s Department, police said.

State police continue to investigate and say it is possible there are other victims.
