From Chula Vista, California, 15-year-old foster child,Kane Roldan, was fatally shot while at a Halloween Party on October 31, 2025.

“David Garcia ,18, was taken into custody.”

His foster mother and legal guardian, Georgina Martinez, received the bad news at UC San Diego Medical Center of his death.
