Jorge Barahona Trial-Child Death Part DEUX

Well, another year has passed, and Jorge STILL HAS NOT been prosecuted for killing domestic adoptee Nubia Barahona.

Maybe this year, it will happen…I remain forever hopeful💕 that it will happen…some day…

An October 1, 2025 article shows it just might...so that is why I have yet another article about Jorge. 

“Jorge Barahona, 58, was in a Miami-Dade courtroom on Wednesday for a hearing, where he told the judge he’s not seeing eye-to-eye with his legal team, saying they want him to plead guilty.” [Ya just can’t make things like this up!]

“The judge on Wednesday found no evidence that the defense attorneys are ineffective.

Barahona also requested to represent himself, and the judge ordered him to be reevaluated by doctors to see if he can represent himself in a case where the death penalty is on the table.”
