From Mount Holly, Vermont, foster parent Eugene Jennings, 56, “faces a slew of charges, accused of sexually abusing multiple children in his care.

Police say Eugene Jennings, 56, of Mount Holly, sexually abused multiple foster children. The victims, all male, were between the ages of 14 and 17.

Investigators say Jennings also provided the children with alcohol and marijuana.

He is being held without bail until his hearing on Friday.”
