From Oregon City, Oregon, 34-year-old Dennis Kain Fleck “was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Wednesday for sexually abusing his three adopted sisters nearly two decades ago, the Clackamas County DA’s Office announced Friday.

According to the DA’s office, 34-year-old Dennis Kain Fleck was initially investigated for sexually abusing one of the three girls in 2013, but authorities did not have enough evidence to charge him at that time.

The case was reopened in 2022 after investigators learned that the other two sisters were also victims. According to the DA, the abuse happened between 2006 and 2010, and all three girls had been under the age of 10.

Fleck pleaded guilty in Clackamas County Circuit Court to three counts of first-degree sexual abuse and was sentenced to prison on April 23 [2025].”
