From Northboro, Iowa, employee of a care facility Michele “Mike” Dean Michel,57, ” turned himself in to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday. He was charged with suspicion of two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of lascivious acts with a child and two counts of indecent contact with a child.
The arrest was the result of an Aug. 26 investigation that began with a complaint from a care facility in Hamburg, according to court documents.
Michel is being held at the Fremont County Jail on a $30,000 bond. A court date has not been scheduled.
Northboro, a town of about 60 people, is 74 miles southeast of Council Bluffs.”
