How Could You? Hall of Shame-DCF Caseworker Gregory Bunkley

From Harrington, Delaware, DCF Caseworker Gregory Bunkley,52, “is accused of threatening to take away a woman’s children if she didn’t give him sexual favors.” 

“52-year-old Gregory Bunkley of Dover surrendered to the Harrington Police Department on Tuesday.

He was charged with Sexual Extortion and Official Misconduct. Bunkley was then arraigned and jailed in lieu of $7,000 secured bond.

Police say Bunkley, a Delaware Division of Family Services employee, had been under investigation since August.

Bunkley has been a case worker with DFS since 2008 and had been with the department since 2005.

A DFS spokesperson says Bunkley is now suspended without pay pending the outcome of the investigation and prosecution. The spokesperson would not comment on if there had been any previous complaints made against Bunkley.
