This will be an archive of heinous actions by those involved in child welfare, foster care and adoption. We forewarn you that these are deeply disturbing stories that may involve sex abuse, murder, kidnapping and other horrendous actions.

From Palmyra, Indiana, foster father Ernest Keith,Jr., 44, is “behind bars after police say he molested a young relative while his foster children were in the home” on May 6, 2015.

“The allegations date back to February.

Authorities say Keith molested his 11-year-old relative on two occasions.

Court documents indicate he confessed to improper touching.

Authorities tell WLKY that Keith was a foster parent who took nearly 15 kids into his home at various times, but they said there’s no evidence he molested any of those children.

“At this point we have interviewed numerous people. The Harrison County Police Department and our MDT team have interviewed numerous children that have been in and out of that house,” said Harrison County prosecutor Otto Schalk.

Keith is being held on a $105,000 full cash bond.

He is facing three child molesting charges.”
