How Could You? Hall of Shame-Jason K. Flowers UPDATED

From Lebanon, Kentucky,foster dad, Jason K. Flowers,36, “was arrested on Sunday, June 21, at 11:22 a.m. and charged with wanton endangerment, 2nd Degree, and endangering the welfare of a minor after police said his foster child was found walking on a roadway.

Kentucky State Police Post 15 was notified at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday of a 3-year-old female that had been located walking in the roadway on KY 49, south of Lebanon. The toddler was not injured and was kept safely at a residence until Troopers arrived.

Social Services was notified and Jason K. Flowers was eventually located after Troopers canvassed the area and discovered that the toddler was his foster child. Flowers was unaware that the child was missing, KSP said.

He was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.”
