More Benefits for Couples Who Adopt Disabled Children in Korea

Child care subsidies will rise by 50 USD per month and annual medical support will increase to 2320 USD for Koreans who domestically adopt children with disabilities. This is  “part of the plan to promote domestic adoption, the Ministry of Health and Welfare said Thursday.” Last year only 3.2 percent of children domestically adopted had disabilities.
