LAWSUIT: Lifelink

Lifelink is the subject of a lawsuit over a botched international adoption. “The new complaint filed by attorney Patrick Stufflebeam and his wife, Stacey Stufflebeam, includes 22 counts over infliction of emotional distress, fraud and respondent superior liability claims.

The suit seeks more than $1 million in damages.”

The suit stems from a switch from the China to Korea program after being told of an extra year delay in the China program. Allegedly, $6400 in extra program fees would have to be paid. The plaintiffs say that they were told that the China program fees would transfer to the Korea program fees.
