Reformatina’s Hope: Clean Bill in Rhode Island!

I hear from adoptive parents who say they don’t like all of the negative information surrounding adoptions. While I disagree with walking around with blinders on, I decided they are right in the sense that we need some positives to focus on amidst all of the muck. When something comes up that indicates a positive move, change or program that allows equity, dignity or justice to be restored it will be posted as Reformatina’s Hope.

Today’s positive news is about a clean bill to restore adoptee access to OBC’s in Rhode Island.
