A case from 2019 came to light.

From Bradford County, Pennsylvania, 34-year-old foster care worker Tabitha Dunn “with Adelphoi Foster Care Services which holds offices all throughout the state.

Court documents allege Dunn had sex with a 17-year-old foster boy while training his current case worker.

hat victim says the two became friends on Facebook then started discussing personal issues and eventually spent time together in her car.

The documents allege that’s where the two first kissed and started a sexual relationship.

Investigators credit a tip from Child Line with helping them discover the alleged abuse.

Dunn is charged with institutional assault, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Adelphoi tells CBS 21 Dunn was fired after the charges were filed.”

“A foster care worker in Bradford County is headed to prison.

Tabitha Dunn was sentenced Tuesday to one to five years in state prison for child endangerment.

The woman from Monroeton was charged in December after a 17 year old in the foster care system told police he was having a sexual relationship with Dunn.”
