“At least six State Police troopers could be seen going in and out of the home and taking pictures of a car in the driveway.”

They said that in addition to the home on Independence Drive, search warrants were executed at an apartment on Ceasars Lane in New Windsor and one on Jefferson Boulevard in Fishkill.”

“They said the searches “yielded an array of evidence” and that arrests are pending.

The probe extends beyond New York State, as the Fairfax, Va., police are involved, as well as New York State Police, the Orange County district attorney’s office and New Windsor police, State Police said.

The Orange County Department of Social Services told News12 they’re in touch with authorities and that it does not appear any of the foster children living in the home are in danger or will be removed from the home at this time.”
