The death of a 16-year old boy who was asphyxiated in November 2010 after being restrained in a closet at the Residential Treatment Center (RTC) , Daystar Residential, Inc (near Houston, TX ) has been ruled a homicide. This incident occurred days after the facility was placed on probation.
