From Hydro, Oklahoma, adoptive parents Rodolfo Perez-Solano, 47, and Jessica Perez, 44, were arrested “in connection with a child sexual abuse investigation.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation was requested to assist in the investigation on Jan. 28, 2026.

According to OSBI, a child confirmed that she was pregnant and that the father of the child was Rodolfo Perez-Solano, age 47.

Perez-Solano is also the victim’s adoptive parent.

Through interviews, it was learned that the victim and other children in the residence had experienced child sexual abuse and physical abuse.”

“Rodolfo is currently facing multiple charges of child sexual abuse, child abuse, enabling child abuse, and child sexual exploitation.

Jessica is currently facing charges of child abuse, enabling child abuse, child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, and enabling child sexual exploitation.”
