How Could You? Hall of Shame-Group Home Worker Conner Orloff

From Erie, Pennsylvania, group home worker, Conner Orloff, 30, has “enter[ed] a plea to all charges, including 5 counts of possession of child pornography, corruption of minors, and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse (IDSI). The case is being prosecuted by ADA Hillary B. Hoffman on behalf of the Commonwealth.

Sentencing is scheduled for December 21, 2026 before the Honorable Senior Judge William R. Cunningham. ”

He pleaded guilty to 16 felonies that he sexually abused a 2 1/2 year old girl and filmed the video online. A 2 1/2 year old girl is not a client of Conner’s.

Barber National Institute group home was where he worked.

The Barber National Institute said it fired Orloff as soon as it learned of his arrest in May 2025.
