From Spokane, Washington, group home worker, Preston Meyskens, 27, “is in court on Thursday, charged with raping a child in a group home five times.”

“According to court documents, Preston Meyskens was working at a group home in Spokane County when he allegedly raped one of the youth living there, a 14-year-old girl. An affidavit shows the assaults occurred over the span of a few days in late April 2025.

The victim requested to be taken to a doctor to be checked for STDs and an investigation began.

Meyskins is facing five counts of rape of a child.”

UPDATE:“Preston Meyskens, 27, has been sentenced to two years on a charge of child molestation in the third degree following a jury trial.

Meyskens was originally charged with three counts of rape of a child in the third degree but a mistrial was declared during proceedings last November and those charges were dismissed by the court.”
