From Hillsboro, Oregon, a “former foster parent in the Hillsboro area was arrested last week on nearly a dozen counts of sexual abuse, and investigators are asking the public for any information that may be helpful for their case.

Felimon Zaragoza-Herrera, 61, was arrested Thursday, September 3 on eleven counts of First-Degree Sexual Abuse.”

“The 61-year-old was a foster parent in the Hillsboro area for many years, and investigators believe there may be other victims who have not yet come forward.

They ask anyone who was or who knows a foster child that lived with Zaragoza-Herrera to contact the police department at 503-629-0111 and reference case #26-16789.”
